Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
- We ship to any address in the world via USPS Priority Insured Mail.
- Shipping and insurance charges are based on the value of your subtotal of order.
- Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
- MAD Couture/Children’s Couture is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
Domestic Shipping – Contiguous 48 United States
- Via USPS Priority Insured Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
- Shipping and Insurance costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Tracking Number is emailed to the customer after the order has shipped.
International Shipping + Alaska + Hawaii
- Via USPS Priority Insured Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
- Shipping and Insurance costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Tracking Number is emailed to the customer after the order has shipped.
RETURNS
- All Apparel and Accessory returns are for exchange or credit only. No monetary refunds will be given.
- If a return is necessary, please contact Mary-Alice Dalton for authorization, and exchange or credit information.
- All return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of delivery, unless previously authorized by Mary-Alice Dalton.
- All returned items must be in ‘new and unused’ condition.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges associated with a return. We highly recommend insuring the return for full value, as MAD Couture/Children’s Couture is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen or damaged. Should the return be lost, stolen or damaged and is not insured, this will void the return.
- All Fabric sales are final.
Exchanges take priority and are remade and shipped back to you or your recipient in a timely manner.
